Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Custom cake orders require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date.
Delivery and Pickup
We offer delivery within Houston and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Pickup is available during our regular business hours. The customer is responsible for inspecting items upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
While we can accommodate many dietary restrictions, our facility processes nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
